Working with clients in Learning and Development, and frontline banking Sara is responsible for the successful end to end delivery of bespoke training projects on a wide variety of projects designed to improve skills such as client skills, technical knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership in risk management.

In addition to this, Sara has partnered with global financial institutions to design and deliver global induction programmes ranging from small cohorts for a few days to 400 participants for four weeks; with end to end project management including scheduling, trainer management, content design, learning management systems, online testing and client relationship management.

Sara began her career with six formative years at Bloomberg LP on the analytics helpdesk, sales and electronic trading teams.
