ESG Sustainable Loans Workshop

A Practitioner’s Guide

This workshop will provide participants with an introduction to green, social and sustainability linked loans. Many companies are responding to lender demand for loans which are explicitly linked to the borrower’s ESG strategy. The Loan Market Association (LMA) has released Green, Social and Sustainability-Linked Loan principles which recommend best practice in the origination of loans. The trainer will utilise the LMA principles and case studies to illustrate the features and mechanics of ESG loans. By the end of the programme participants will be able to classify and identify ESG loan features and market opportunities.
